An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the growing Contentious Private Client team of a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm in the Bournemouth area.

The firm has ambitious growth plans and a strong management team, offering an excellent platform for a Solicitor who wants to develop their expertise, take ownership of their work and play a key role in the continued growth of the practice.

The Role:

You will manage a varied and interesting caseload of contentious private client matters, including:

• Contested wills and probate disputes
• Trust disputes and claims
• Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act claims
• Court of Protection matters
• Other complex contentious private client disputes

You’ll have the opportunity to manage your own cases while working alongside an experienced and supportive team. The role also offers the chance to develop strong, long-term client relationships and become involved in business development and networking as the practice continues to grow.

About You:

• 3+ years’ PQE with experience in contentious probate/private client disputes
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Confident managing your own caseload
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Commercially minded with an interest in business development
• Ambitious and keen to develop your career within a growing team
