Support Worker - Pontypridd / Treforest Area

Location: Pontypridd & Treforest, South Wales
Pay Rate: £14.00 - £14.82 per hour

About the Role

Reed is currently recruiting experienced and dedicated Support Workers to join our growing team supporting vulnerable children, young people and adults across the Pontypridd and Treforest area.

As an Emergency Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to individuals with a range of needs. Placements may arise at short notice and can include a variety of support settings and requirements.

Please note that there is no fixed shift pattern for this role. We regularly send out availability trackers, allowing you to tell us when you are available to work. Suitable opportunities are then offered based on your availability, location and experience.

Requirements

• Experience working within Health & Social Care
• A caring, reliable and professional approach
• Good communication skills
• Right to Work in the UK
• Willingness to complete compliance requirements
• Enhanced DBS (preferred but not essential)
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (desirable)
