We are seeking an experienced Temporary Management Accountant to support a busy finance team during a period of growth and change.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the full month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end month-end and year-end close process.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and supporting schedules.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting.
• Assist with financial analysis and reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Maintain and improve financial controls and processes.

Requirements

• Part-qualified or finalist studying towards ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Proven experience producing management accounts and owning the full month-end close cycle.
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks or Sage.
• Excellent reconciliation, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
