The ideal candidate MUST have a valid CIS Multi Skilled Shift Engineer - Electrical and Plumbing Location: Chelsea Permanent / Full time - 4 on 4 off shift rotation – NO NIGHTS We're looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer who will deliver electrical / mechanical and plumbing maintenance (PPM), working as part of a 24/7 shift team to ensure critical buildings remain safe, compliant and fully operational. Role Responsibilities: * Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) * Undertake planned and reactive electrical and mechanical maintenance across a wide range of building services. * Perform plumbing repairs including leak detection, pipe replacements, fixture maintenance, and drainage issues. * Work as part of a balanced shift team (electrical, mechanical and plumbing) providing 24‑hour cover based in Chelsea * Identify plant defects, warning indicators and system faults, taking appropriate corrective actions. * Maintain and support building services systems including power distribution, motor controls, lighting, standby generators, controls systems, inverters and fire alarm/PA systems. Qualifications: * Time‑served in Electrical or Mechanical and/or Plumbing (minimum 3 years) * City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2 or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical discipline Desirable: * City & Guilds Part 3 or NVQ Level 2 * 2391 Inspection & Testing of Electrical Installations * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations If this sounds of interest, please apply now
