• Maintain accurate financial records to support clear and up-to-date reporting.
• Review QuickBooks ledgers and clear unreconciled balances.
• Process accounting entries and check data for completeness and accuracy.
• Reconcile financial information and investigate any differences promptly.
• Trail balance and full management accounts.
• Review transactions and supporting documents to ensure records are properly maintained.
• Keep accounting files organised, making information easy to access when needed.
• Work with colleagues to resolve finance queries and maintain smooth daily processes.

Profile

A successful 'Accountant' should have:

• Experience of maintaining accurate accounting records, managing the full finance life-cycle.
• Experience working wit QuickBooks is essential.
• Ability to process financial entries carefully and consistently.
• Confidence completing reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
• Experience preparing routine financial information and reports.

Job Offer

The role is a temporary to permanent opportunity, with a business based in Camberley. The role is paying up to £55,000.
