Planning Solicitor (Associate or Senior Associate)

This team advises on excellent quality work relating to infrastructure & regeneration schemes, major residential & commercial developments, and a broad range of high-value planning work for both public and private sector clients.

What will you do?

• Negotiate and draft planning and infrastructure agreements (Section 106, Section 278)
• Advise clients on planning applications, planning strategy, and development risk
• Provide support on national infrastructure projects and development consent orders
• Work closely with the real estate team on development projects

What will you need?

• Experience in planning law is essential
• Ideally at least 2 years PQE, but flexibility on this
