We’re urgently seeking a Design Manager for an initial three-month contract to support a busy portfolio of design and build projects, alongside contracts incorporating significant design elements. The Role: * Manage and coordinate design across multiple live construction projects, covering non-residential property sectors. * Oversee design and build contracts valued at approximately £2m–£3m. * Coordinate contractor-designed packages and ensure effective design integration. * Work closely with project teams, consultants and contractors to keep designs progressing efficiently. What We’re Looking For: * Experience within Design within the construction industry. * Strong knowledge of design and build contracts and contractor-designed packages. * Excellent coordination, communication and organisational skills. * Available for an initial three-month contract, with flexibility to support ongoing project demands
