Private Client Solicitor
Location: Wakefield
Salary: Up to £60,000
Working Pattern: Hybrid - up to 2 days working from home after successful completion of probation

CRA Consulting is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and growing law firm in Wakefield to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its expanding Wills & Probate team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor looking to join an established team and work alongside an experienced Private Client Solicitor within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will become an important part of the firm's continued growth within its Wills & Probate department, taking responsibility for their own caseload while benefiting from the support and experience of an established team.

The Role
The successful Private Client Solicitor will handle a varied caseload of private client matters, with work likely to include:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Trusts
• Inheritance Tax planning
• Advising clients on a range of private client matters
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Working closely with colleagues to deliver a high-quality service

About you
The successful candidate will ideally:

• Be a qualified Solicitor with experience within Private Client/Wills & Probate
• Have experience managing their own caseload
• Have strong technical knowledge across a range of private client matters
• Be confident dealing directly with clients
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills
• Be commercially aware and committed to providing a high level of client service
• Be keen to develop their career within an established and growing team
