Residential Conveyancer/Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer

Location: Taunton, Somerset | Excellent Hybrid Working Available

Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer, Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX Lawyer looking for a flexible role with a respected Somerset law firm?

Hybrid working is available, with up to 2-3 days per month office attendance. Both full-time and part-time applicants will be considered.

The Residential Conveyancing Role

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will take responsibility for your own caseload and handle transactions from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion.

Your caseload will include:

• Residential sales and purchases
• Freehold and leasehold conveyancing
• Remortgages and refinancing
• Transfers of equity
• Equity release transactions
• Matrimonial and separation-related property matters
• General residential property and conveyancing work

You will have strong administrative and team support, allowing you to focus on delivering an excellent service to clients.

Applications are welcome from:

• Qualified Solicitors with residential property experience
• Licensed Conveyancers
• Chartered Legal Executives/CILEX Lawyers
• Experienced Residential Conveyancers who are not formally qualified but manage their own caseload

Ideally, you will have:

• A minimum of 4 years' experience in residential conveyancing
• Experience handling files from instruction through to completion
• The ability to manage a residential property caseload with a good degree of autonomy
