An established Legal 500 firm is looking to strengthen its real estate team with the appointment of an experienced Senior Associate Commercial Property Solicitor. The Opportunity

You will work on a varied caseload of commercial property matters, advising a diverse client base while playing an important role within the wider real estate team.

Your role will include:

• Managing a broad range of commercial property transactions and advisory work
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Supporting and supervising junior members of the team
• Contributing to business development, networking and the continued growth of the department

Experience needed:

• 6+ years' PQE in commercial property
• Strong technical knowledge across commercial real estate
• Experience handling matters with a high degree of autonomy
• A client-focused approach with the confidence to develop relationships and generate work
• An interest in supporting and mentoring less experienced lawyers
