Job Title: Internal Sales Coordinator

Location: Southampton

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

The Role

A fast-paced customer-focused role involving the preparation of quotations, follow-up calls, and supporting customers through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up quotes by phone and email to secure business opportunities.
• Prepare and send accurate customer quotations.
• Ensure a fast turnaround on enquiries.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
• Share customer feedback and insights with management.

Requirements

• Experience within shipping, logistics, freight, or a similar environment is advantageous.
• Good attention to detail.
• Confident telephone manner.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic maths and IT skills.
• Reliable, positive, and organised approach.
