This is a newly created role, giving you the opportunity to shape processes, improve reporting standards and influence how finance is delivered across a varied client portfolio.

Working closely with business owners and senior stakeholders, you'll help deliver the financial insight needed to support strategic and commercial decision-making, whilst leading a team and ensuring a high standard of client service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and signing off management accounts
• Preparing budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections
• Managing workflow, resources and deadlines across the team
• Supporting clients and stakeholders with meaningful financial insight
• Supporting and developing junior team members
• Standardising reporting processes and improving efficiencies
• Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts and corporation tax returns

You'll already have experience managing workloads, reviewing the work of others and building strong client relationships. Strong technical accounting knowledge, commercial awareness and the ability to lead and develop others will be key to your success.

You may be qualified or part-qualified and will likely have gained experience within accountancy practice, outsourced finance or a similar professional services environment.
