We're currently recruiting a Counterbalance / Reach Forklift Driver to join a busy coldstore operation in Grimsby. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate, offering steady hours, shift allowance, and overtime at enhanced rates. Pay & Benefits £14.23 per hour + £1.05 per hour shift allowance (paid when all shifts in the week are completed) Overtime available - paid at x1.5 PPE provided (suitable for a coldstore environment)Working Days & Shifts Monday to Friday Alternating shifts weekly:06:00-14:00 14:00-22:00The Role Working within a -20°C coldstore environment, duties will typically include: Operating Counterbalance and Reach forklifts safely and efficiently Loading/unloading goods and moving stock around site Putting away stock into racking locations.
