Quality Manager Location: Based near Milan, Italy Eligibility: Must hold a valid EU passport The Opportunity Join a specialist contractor delivering civil engineering, reinforced concrete frame and structural alteration projects. This is a hands on role for a proactive Quality Manager who enjoys working closely with site teams, maintaining high standards and helping resolve issues as they arise. Key Responsibilities: * Visit each assigned site weekly, identify quality issues and provide clear reports on findings. * Work with site teams to resolve issues on site, escalating outstanding matters to the Head of SHEQ. * Manage site quality requirements, including Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), inspection and test records, and supporting documentation. * Review method statements and quality documentation before work starts. * Prepare ITPs and quality procedures as required. * Liaise with the client’s quality team and help site teams close inspection actions and non-conformance reports (NCRs) promptly. * Work with site managers and supervisors to maintain high workmanship standards. * Use Procore to manage and record quality activities. * Prepare a weekly quality report for the Head of SHEQ.
