Main Duties FLT Counterbalance Driver * Operate a Counterbalance FLT safely in a fast-paced production environment. * Load/unload HGVs and move pallets and materials across site. * Feed production lines and support warehouse and production teams. * Complete routine FLT checks, report issues and maintain high safety standards. Requirements * Valid Counterbalance FLT licence and recent driving experience in a warehouse, manufacturing or production setting. * Double-fork and HGV loading/unloading experience are desirable. * Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to work safely under pressure. * Flexibility to work both morning and afternoon shifts.
