Process customer orders for business-to-business clients. Deal with product codes, pricing and order enquiries. Accurately input and record customer and call information on internal systems. Provide a professional and efficient service to business customers. Skills & Experience Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role. Confident handling inbound and outbound calls.
