Job Description: Location: Liverpool Start: December The ideal candidate will have: * Proven experience managing construction sites * SMSTS certification (or equivalent) * CSCS Card (BLACK or GOLD) * Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills * Prior experience working on Grade 1 herritage sites Key responsibilities: * Oversee daily operations. * Subcontractor/labour management. * Planning all materials and deliveries ahead of time. * Ensuring all paperwork is in order * Reporting to directors on a daily/weekly basis. * Programme management; long term and short term.
