Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator to provide high-quality support to Chartered Financial Planners and clients throughout the financial planning process. Key Responsibilities

• Provide senior administrative support to Financial Planners and the client service team
• Prepare clear and accurate post-review meeting correspondence
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service
• Assist with client onboarding and ongoing administration
• Process withdrawals, deposits, trades and new business applications
• Liaise with providers and manage client enquiries
• Maintain accurate records on Xplan and manage workflows
• Support Financial Planners with inbox management and administrative tasks
• Assist with deceased client cases
• Manage incoming calls, post and client meetings
• Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met

About You

• Previous experience within Financial Planning, Wealth Management or Financial Services
• Progressing towards, or holding, CII qualifications (R01-R06)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
• Comfortable dealing with clients in a professional and compassionate manner
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• Strong Microsoft Office and IT skills
