If you're passionate about harm reduction and community support, we want to hear from you. * What you'll do: * Deliver one-to-one interventions and manage comprehensive care plans. * Monitor and support clients engaged in Opiate Substitution Therapy (OST). * Deliver active harm reduction advice, safe disposal education, and Naloxone distribution. * Carry out Blood Borne Virus (BBV) screening, championing Hepatitis C testing and rapid treatment pathways. * Lead structured alcohol therapy interventions to support reduction and abstinence goals. * Advocate for service users across local support and healthcare networks. * What you need: Solid recovery sector experience, valid enhanced DBS, and UK Right to Work.
