Customer Data Collection Coordinator

BS37 | £12.71 per hour
Immediate Start - 9th November
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

I'm currently recruiting for a Customer Data Collection Coordinator to join a busy team on a temporary basis for an initial couple of months, with the potential to be extended through to January.

This role would suit someone who is confident speaking with customers over the phone, enjoys working with data, and has strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers to collect and update information
• Follow a structured questionnaire and process
• Accurately record responses using Excel
• Chase outstanding information where required
• Ensure all records are complete and up to date

What we're looking for:

• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic Excel and data entry experience
• Ability to work accurately and follow processes

Previous experience within customer service, administration, contact centres, data entry, or outbound calling would be highly advantageous.
