We are recruiting for a Supply Chain Coordinator to support the smooth and efficient running of day to day supply chain operations.

This is a varied role involving the coordination of orders, supplier communication, stock monitoring and general supply chain administration. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to help ensure materials and products are available when required and that processes run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day supply chain activities
• Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries and availability
• Process and monitor purchase orders, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
• Monitor stock levels and assist with maintaining appropriate inventory
• Track deliveries and follow up on any delays or discrepancies
• Communicate with internal departments to support operational requirements
• Maintain accurate records and update relevant systems
• Assist with resolving supply chain queries and issues
• Support the coordination of deliveries and general logistics activities

Key Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a supply chain, purchasing, logistics or administration role would be advantageous
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Experience using business systems or ERP software would be beneficial
