My client is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Car Sales Executive to join their busy and successful dealership.

The role:

As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles, building strong customer relationships and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Selling vehicles and maximising every sales opportunity.
• Handling customer enquiries and converting them into sales.
• Proactively following up with prospective customers.
• Promoting finance packages, warranties and additional products.
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Delivering excellent levels of customer service throughout the sales process.
• Building long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Working closely with the wider dealership team to achieve business objectives.

What we're looking for:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience within a main dealership.
• A proven track record in automotive sales.
• Experience selling vehicles, finance and add-on products.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A confident, professional and enthusiastic approach.
• The ability to work towards targets and thrive in a busy environment.
• A full UK driving licence.
