Location : London Bridge

Salary : £58,500 - £70,000, depending on experience

Hyde is looking for a Business Automation Consultant to improve how the organisation works by designing and delivering automation across key business processes. The role focuses on reducing manual effort, lowering cost and risk, and enhancing speed, accuracy, and customer experience.

Working with teams across the organisation, the role identifies where automation will add the most value. It turns complex processes into simple, well-controlled automated solutions that are secure, scalable and support long-term business needs. The role also ensures the benefits of automation are clearly measured and that Hyde develops strong, sustainable automation capability.

Key Duties

• Analyse end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and repeatable tasks suitable for automation.
• Prioritise automation opportunities based on value, risk, complexity and alignment with business goals.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and agree clear automation outcomes.

As a Business Automation Consultant we’re seeking someone who can bring:

• Strong process analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn business needs into practical automation solutions.
• Proven experience designing and delivering business process automation in a specialist, transformation or consultancy role.
• Ability to measure, track and clearly explain business benefits and outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, working confidently with technical teams, business users and external suppliers.
• Process mapping
• Experience using systems such as Microsoft Power Automate,N8N,UiPath,Blue Prism
• Experience value stream mapping
• Experience using Microsoft Power Automate
