An excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded regional law firm and become part of a growing Dispute Resolution team.

The role offers the chance to handle a varied and high-quality caseload, working on complex and high-value commercial disputes across areas including contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, insolvency and professional negligence.

The Role:

• Manage your own caseload of commercial litigation matters
• Work alongside senior lawyers on complex, high-value disputes
• Advise a diverse range of clients on contentious commercial matters
• Draft pleadings, correspondence and other legal documentation
• Prepare cases for court, mediation and other forms of ADR
• Develop strong client relationships and contribute to business development

About You:

• 5+ years' PQE with solid commercial litigation experience
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Confident dealing directly with clients
• Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
• A collaborative team player with the ambition to develop your career
