Salary: Up to £32,000 per year

Location: Brentwood, Essex

Join a picturesque hotel restaurant in Brentwood, serving high-end cuisine recognised with 2 AA Rosettes. Working with a talented Head Chef, you’ll help prepare high-quality dishes and develop your skills in a kitchen focused on flavour, texture and modern cooking techniques.

What you’ll do

• Prepare and cook dishes to the restaurant’s standards
• Work confidently across all sections of the kitchen
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
• Contribute to a positive, well-organised kitchen team

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a Rosette-standard kitchen
• Good all-round kitchen skills and confidence across different sections
• A genuine interest in food, flavour and modern cooking
• Enthusiasm, reliability and a willingness to learn
• Good knowledge of food hygiene

The restaurant is accessible by public transport from Brentwood, Chelmsford and Ongar.
