Pay: £38k basic with shift allowance on days and backs - meaning your OTE yearly is £43,445

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimise CNC programmes (fanuc and mazak) for various machining processes.
• Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring precision and quality in production.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure peak performance.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and CNC controls.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
