The Opportunity An established Scottish contractor is seeking a hands-on Small Works / Building Manager to oversee a varied portfolio of smaller building projects, refurbishments and alterations. Key Responsibilities * Manage multiple small works, refurbishment and general building contracts * Coordinate labour, subcontractors, plant and materials * Monitor programmes, budgets, quality and safety * Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors * Support estimating, quotations and tender submissions * Control variations, costs and project profitability * Develop repeat business and positive client relationships Candidate Requirements * Experience in small works, refurbishment or general building * Practical knowledge across building trades * Ability to coordinate multiple projects and subcontractors * Good estimating, budgeting and organisational skills * SMSTS or SSSTS desirable * Relevant qualification or equivalent The Package Competitive salary and benefits commensurate with experience, with long-term opportunities in an established Scottish construction business.
