This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a Warehouse Operative, Picker Packer, Order Picker, Packing Operative, Warehouse Assistant or Distribution Operative.

Important: This position is based in Crick (NN6 7GZ). You must have reliable transport to the warehouse for your allocated shifts.

Shifts

• Working five days out of seven
• PM Shift: 15:00–23:00
• Night Shift: 23:00–07:00
• Overtime available after 37.5 hours worked
• Reliable transport to Crick is essential

Rates of Pay

• PM Shift: £14.77 per hour basic
• PM Shift Overtime: £18.70 per hour
• Night Shift: £15.32 per hour basic
• Night Shift Overtime: £19.25 per hour
• Enhanced overtime rates apply after 37.5 hours worked
• Weekly pay

Day-to-Day Duties

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Picking and packing stock accurately and efficiently
• Processing and preparing customer orders for dispatch
• Scanning and labelling items correctly
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely
• Handling returns and maintaining stock accuracy
• Carrying out general warehouse duties
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures and warehouse guidelines

Essential Skills

To be successful as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:

• Basic level of spoken and written English
• Willingness to learn new skills and complete training
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Reliable transport to Crick (NN6 7GZ) for your allocated shifts

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience in picking, packing, warehouse or logistics environments
• Experience using handheld scanners or similar warehouse technology
• Previous experience working afternoon or night shifts

Training Provided

• Full training provided – no previous warehouse experience necessary
• Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment
