Starting salary of £27,000 - £28,500 depending on experience.

The successful Administrator will be required to:-

• Process RFQs (request for quotations) accurately.
• Process customer orders and purchase orders accurately, within the agreed timeframe.
• Ensure prices are correct on both customer and supplier purchase orders.
• Process PO requests.
• Issue new and repeat quotations.
• Support project management team by updating weekly project status.
• Manage sourcing inbox to ensure all incoming tasks are distributed and completed.
• Support order delivery management, including checking delivery dates, advising on late deliveries, closing out part-shipped orders, and tracking orders in transit.

The Administrator will have:-
