You may work with young people who have autism, ADHD, SEMH, dyslexia, anxiety, sensory needs or difficulties with communication and interaction. Students may require additional structure, encouragement and a flexible approach to learning. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver personalised Maths and English lessons. Adapt teaching methods to meet individual SEN needs. Provide clear instructions and manageable learning activities. Support students with confidence, motivation and engagement. Encourage independence and celebrate progress. Maintain appropriate progress records. About You Confident teaching both Maths and English. Experience supporting students with additional needs is desirable. Understanding of differentiated teaching approaches. Patient, reliable and able to build positive relationships.
