• Review, draft and negotiate legal documents to support business activities.
• Manage legal queries from internal stakeholders and provide clear, practical guidance.
• Maintain organised legal records and documentation for easy access and reference.
• Identify legal issues within business activities and advise on appropriate next steps.
• Work with external legal advisers where required to progress specific matters.
• Support the Legal department with ongoing legal projects and priorities.

Profile

A successful Legal Counsel should have:
