Key Responsibilities Supporting teachers with day-to-day classroom activities. Providing one-to-one and small-group support where required. Helping pupils stay engaged, focused and motivated. Assisting with classroom preparation and learning resources. Supporting positive behaviour and maintaining a safe learning environment. Adapting to different classrooms, schools and pupil needs. The Ideal Candidate Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable. A flexible and reliable approach to work. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Confidence working with pupils of different ages and abilities. A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
