Caretaker / Groundsperson Berkhamsted School is seeking a proactive and reliable Caretaker/Groundsperson to join our team. This varied, hands-on role is responsible for helping to maintain the School's buildings and grounds to a high standard, ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors. The successful candidate will undertake a range of caretaking, grounds maintenance and general maintenance duties.They will be able to work independently, takes pride in their work and has a practical approach to problem-solving. Strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude and a commitment to health and safety are essential.
