The Role

The Events Project Manager, Pharma & Healthcare takes full ownership of global client projects from brief through to delivery, working across live, hybrid and virtual formats for pharma and healthcare clients.

- End-to-end management of global congresses, conferences and investigator meetings

- Stakeholder and supplier communication throughout the project lifecycle

- Budget management and supplier negotiation across each project

- Adapting plans under pressure while maintaining quality and efficiency

- Contributing to new business, service extensions and internal initiatives

- Collaborating with delivery and production teams on larger programmes

The Candidate

You will have hands-on experience managing pharma or healthcare events, with solid working knowledge of ABPI compliance built into the way you operate. The right Events Project Manager, Pharma & Healthcare is comfortable owning projects independently in a remote environment and confident making decisions without close oversight.

Experience across congresses, investigator meetings or medical conferences is particularly relevant, though candidates from broader healthcare event backgrounds are equally welcome.
