Position: Customer Sales Consultant

Salary: £12.71 p/h

Contract: Temporary - ad hoc sickness cover

Location: Leamington Spa

Working Hours: Monday, Weds and Friday, 9-5pm

Reed are representing a growing company, who have multiple sites across the UK. They require someone who is flexible with their time to be able to cover shifts as and when needed

Customer Sales Consultant duties include:

• Managing customer enquiries via telephone, email and face-to-face interactions.
• Supporting customers through the onboarding and account set-up process.
• Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
• Processing customer documentation, payments and invoices.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems.
• Resolving customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Supporting day-to-day administration and site operations.
• Ensuring customer areas remain welcoming and presentable.

Customer Sales Consultant person specification:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Confident, professional and resilient approach.
• Strong administration and organisational abilities.
• Ability to prioritise workload effectively.
• Be versatile to help out with deliveries/heavy lifting where needed
• The location of the site is difficult to get to by public transport so ideally the candidate will have a driving license and own vehicle

Other essential skills and experience needed –

• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality or a customer-facing role.
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
