We are seeking an experienced Temporary Savings Administrator to join a busy and friendly financial services team in Tonbridge for a 2-month assignment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service experience, ideally gained within a banking, financial services or savings environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing customer enquiries via telephone, email and correspondence
• Completing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting savings account administration and customer onboarding
• Handling data entry and updating internal banking systems
• Producing mail merges and customer communications
• Providing general administrative support including scanning, filing and reporting

We're looking for:

• Previous customer service or administration experience within financial services
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel
• A proactive and organised approach with the ability to manage a varied workload
