Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Offshore Agent on a 12 Month Contract based in Bristol. Responsibilities * People: managing Section Engineers, Site Engineers, Offshore Client Representatives and supply chain partners * Safety: approving method statements and risk assessments, investigating incidents and auditing vessels and sites * Technical: coaching the team, approving supplier solutions and solving construction problems * Quality: owning the handover documentation (completion files, inspection test plans, non-conformances) * Programme: building the resourced programme and tracking productivity against it * Commercial: owning the section budget, managing subcontractors and producing records so the company can recover costs Requirements * Experience managing offshore or marine construction works and teams * CSCS card and a current driving licence * SSSTS or SMSTS (site supervisor safety training) * STCW-95 or equivalent (basic sea safety training) * Able to write programmes, budgets and handover paperwork * Willing to work unsociable hours offshore * ICE, IHT or similar chartership is desirable, not essential Our Company Rubicon Consulting is a Talent management consultancy which helps you to optimise business performance and competitive advantage by choosing the right people first time
