What Will You Be Doing?
Recruitment is a fast-paced, people-focused industry where no two days are the same. You'll learn how to build relationships, win new business and connect talented professionals with exciting career opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Building relationships with businesses and key decision-makers.
• Making outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
• Understanding clients' hiring needs and finding the right candidates.
• Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to successful placement.
• Negotiating offers, developing client relationships and closing deals.
• Working towards targets and celebrating your achievements.

You'll be given the tools, training and support to develop your skills, grow your network and become a successful recruitment consultant.
