We are working with a specialist contractor operating across the façade remediation sector who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in London. This is predominantly an office-based position, taking responsibility for the commercial and contractual management of façade remediation projects across London. Key Responsibilities * Preparation and management of monthly CVRs * Commercial reporting, forecasting and cost control * Managing subcontractor procurement and subcontract orders * Reviewing and administering contractual documentation * Managing consultant appointments * Assessing variations, valuations and payments * Identifying and managing commercial and contractual risk * Working closely with project teams to monitor project performance * Supporting final accounts and commercial close-out * Ensuring projects are managed in accordance with agreed contractual terms Requirements * Previous experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor or specialist contractor environment * Strong experience producing and managing CVRs * Good commercial and contractual awareness * Experience preparing and managing subcontract orders * Experience with consultant appointments * Strong working knowledge of JCT contracts * Confident managing multiple projects and commercial responsibilities * Façade, cladding or remediation experience would be highly advantageous This is an excellent opportunity to join an established specialist contractor with a strong pipeline of façade remediation projects across London
