As a Warehouse Operative at our client's busy distribution centre in Northampton, you'll play an important role in getting sporting products to customers quickly and efficiently. Working alongside a supportive, energetic team, you'll help ensure orders are processed accurately, quality standards are maintained, and products reach online customers and UK stores on time. It's a fast-paced environment where teamwork, a positive attitude, and a passion for sport really make a difference! Responsibilities: • Order Processing: Work closely with your team to ensure online orders and store deliveries are picked, processed, and dispatched accurately and on time. • Receiving & Quality Assurance: Help receive incoming sporting goods and carry out quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards. • Picking & Packing: Pick and pack a variety of products, including some heavy lifting – a great way to keep moving throughout your shift! • Playing Sports: Get active and enjoy opportunities to play sports during team meetings, lunch breaks, or after work – because work should be about more than just work!
