The Role: * Administering medication * Monitoring health observations * Managing complex needs * Emotional support * De-escalation techniques * Providing reassurance, dignity, and emotional support every step of the way Shifts: * 12 hours Monday to Sunday days * 12 hours Monday to Sunday nights What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for compassionate and capable Mental Healthcare Assistant who bring clinical expertise, empathy, and a calm, professional approach to complex situations. If you’ve worked in care before, particularly within the NHS or community healthcare settings, you’ll feel right at home with us.
