Quantity Surveyor – Fit-Out £55,000 – £65,000 + Package Hotel Framework | Fast-Track Fit-Out We are working with an established fit-out contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team, working across a long-term hotel fit-out framework. The role will involve commercially managing multiple fast-track refurbishment and fit-out projects, making it particularly well suited to someone from a hotel, retail, leisure or fast-track fit-out background. The Role: * Commercial management of multiple fit-out/refurbishment projects * Procurement and management of subcontract packages * Valuations, variations and cost reporting * Managing projects from pre-construction through to final account * Working closely with operational teams across a fast-paced framework * Maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors The Candidate: * Quantity Surveyor with main contractor or specialist fit-out experience * Strong background in fit-out/refurbishment and fast-track projects * Hotel experience advantageous but not essential * Candidates from retail, leisure or similar fast-paced environments will be considered * Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 + package A strong opportunity to join a busy contractor with a secured pipeline of repeat framework work and exposure to multiple projects
