Your new role Part-Time BookkeeperBath | Part-Time | PermanentAre you an experienced Bookkeeper looking for a part-time opportunity in Bath?We're recruiting for a well-established organisation looking for a reliable and experienced Bookkeeper to take ownership of the day-to-day accounts and help keep the finance function running smoothly.The roleWorking on a part-time basis, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Processing purchase and sales ledger transactions
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Raising invoices and processing payments
• Managing supplier and customer queries
• Supporting VAT returns
• Assisting with payroll information where required
• Preparing financial information and reports
• Supporting month-end processes
• Working closely with the wider business to resolve finance queries

What you'll need to succeed
We're looking for someone with previous bookkeeping or accounts experience who is confident managing their own workload.You'll be organised, accurate and comfortable working with accounting systems and Excel. Previous experience within a small or medium-sized business would be particularly useful.
