Are you a Primary Teacher based in Brighton or Hove who enjoys the variety of supply teaching but wants more certainty from week to week?

At Engage Education, we work closely with a fantastic network of primary schools across Brighton and Hove, and we're now offering teachers the opportunity to join our Secure Guaranteed Pay (SGP) contracts.

With an SGP contract, you'll have the reassurance of guaranteed weekly pay, even if we aren't able to secure you work for every day you're contracted to work.

For example, if you're contracted for 5 days a week but only work 4 days, you'll still receive payment for 5 full days, subject to the terms of your contract.
