ELECTRICIAN – SOUTHAMPTON Up to £43,000 + Van & Fuel Card Southampton & surrounding areas 40 hours per week Permanent, Full-Time Social Housing / Voids
We’re recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a busy Voids Team, carrying out electrical works to empty social housing properties and getting homes safe, compliant and ready for new tenants.
The role will include: Electrical testing & inspections Fault finding and repairs Electrical installations & upgrades Making void properties safe and compliant Completing works to a high standard and helping reduce void turnaround times
You’ll need: NVQ / AM2 or equivalent 2391 Testing & Inspection or equivalent Current 18th Edition Full UK Driving Licence Social housing / void experience advantageous
The role will predominantly cover Southampton, Bournemouth, Poole, Salisbury and surrounding areas, with occasional work around Portsmouth and Guildford.
