Facilities Assistant 3-Month Rolling FTC Stockport Join CBRE as a Facilities Assistant We're looking for a proactive, customer-focused Facilities Assistant to support the day-to-day operation of a busy workplace in Stockport. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll work closely with the Facilities Management team to ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for colleagues, visitors, and stakeholders. What You'll Be Doing As a Facilities Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting workplace services and facilities operations, including: Providing administrative support to the Facilities Management team Maintaining property and building records and documentation Assisting with monthly reporting and compliance activities Managing incoming and outgoing mail and courier requests Supporting meeting room and audio-visual set-ups Conducting regular workplace inspections and floor walks Assisting with stock control and procurement activities Carrying out meter readings and basic fabric maintenance tasks Coordinating contractor access and ensuring safe working practices Supporting health & safety checks, audits, and compliance requirements Providing cover and assistance across workplace services when required Delivering excellent customer service and resolving queries efficiently What We're Looking For We're seeking an organised and energetic individual who enjoys working in a customer-facing environment.
