Excellent opportunity for a Legal PA with Corporate law experience to join a medium-sized law firm based in the West End of London. Hybrid working, 3 days per week in the office. Hours: 9.30am to 5.30pm.

You will be supporting the Partners and Lawyers in the Corporate law team. The work is interesting and varied and includes -

• Liaising with clients on the phone and in person, taking accurate messages
• AML checks and onboarding clients including KYC documentation
• Billing and monitoring incoming payments
• Document work including dictation, formatting, comparison, updating and amending
• Full range of legal administration

You will require recent Legal PA or Legal Secretary experience in Corporate law, good communication skills, plus excellent IT skills.
