A well-established equipment specialist with a reputable network across the North and East of England is looking for a Service Technician to join its growing service team. This is a hands-on role keeping equipment running when it matters most, working on machinery from some of the world’s best-known manufacturers. This Service Technician role is based in Louth, Lincolnshire  and is commutable from Grimsby, Cleethorpes, Horncastle, Mablethorpe, Market Rasen and surrounding areas. Its' workshop-based with regular travel to customers' sites. The Role: Diagnosing faults and carrying out maintenance and repairs on agricultural machinery, both in the workshop and out on farm Completing pre-delivery set up on new and used equipment Advising customers on getting the best performance from their machines Supporting service specialists and following manufacturer care processes Keeping job reports and admin accurate and up to date You will have : A full UK driving licence, as the role involves driving company vehicles and agricultural equipment Strong mechanical and diagnostic ability, ideally gained in a workshop or field service role A professional, friendly manner when working on customer sites Flexibility to work seasonal overtime, including some evenings and weekends Knowledge of agricultural equipment is desirable , although full product training is provided This role would suit a technician who enjoys hands-on problem solving and wants variety in their working week.
