EXPERIENCED SITE MANAGER REQUIRED - BRIGHTON 📍 Location: Brighton Arches Project 💷 Rate: £300-£325 per day (PAYE) 📅 Duration: Long-term opportunity We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple construction packages on a major project in Brighton, with a particular focus on RC frame, piling and groundworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex construction activities, coordinating subcontractors and driving progress across multiple work packages while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety and quality. Key responsibilities: Managing and coordinating RC frame, piling and groundworks packages. Overseeing subcontractors, site teams and daily construction activities. Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification. Monitoring progress, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions. Coordinating trades and maintaining effective communication across the project team. Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures and quality standards. Reporting on progress and supporting the successful delivery of key milestones.Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on major construction projects. Strong experience with RC frame, piling and groundworks packages. Excellent subcontractor management and coordination skills. Strong knowledge of construction health and safety requirements.
