Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across production machinery. * Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical breakdowns efficiently, minimising production downtime. * Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance. * Identify recurring faults and implement long-term engineering solutions. * Work closely with production and engineering teams to maximise operational efficiency. * Maintain high standards of health, safety and engineering best practice. Skills & Experience * Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Technician within a manufacturing environment. * Electrical, mechanical or multi-skilled maintenance background. * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving capabilities. * Experience maintaining automated production machinery would be advantageous. * A proactive, hands-on approach with a continuous improvement mindset. * Relevant engineering qualifications would be beneficial.
